I confirm the final layout, finishes, bathware, and all design details, then prepare clear documentation for quoting and the next steps. You receive a complete set of plans, elevations, 3D visuals, and all confirmed design details in one clear package. Everything is organised so the trades you choose can quote and work from it confidently.
